Heartfulness is my first Love. It is what I breathe and live in. The transmission (pranahuti) is my life sustenance. The Heartfulness practice of relaxation and meditation is so simple, yet so effective. The movement has spread across 150 countries across the globe. I am happy to be part of this evolutionary organization as a trainer and continue to contribute in any way possible to its growth. It wouldn’t be too far from the truth to mention that it has made me what I am today.

What is Mindfulness? What is Heartfulness? Two buzz words going all around the media. Both sounding similar. Using similar tools of introspection, meditation to achieve their ends. The definition of Mindfulness is “Bringing one’s complete attention to the present experience on a moment-to-moment basis”. Heartfulness is ” the whole exercise of fine-tuning the heart with the mind is through this meditation on the heart”. To keep it simple, we begin with mindfulness and end up in heartfulness.

Mindfulness is the first step. Easier to understand and grasp since it involves the 5 senses, the body, the present moment and environment. Heartfulness, on the other hand, is easier to practice, but difficult to understand. The Heartfulness Way leads us beyond this world and dimension. It creates a real change in our evolutionary path. Mindfulness begins with the awareness of the breath and goes beyond this to the body, emotions and thoughts. It has a multitude of practices which can lead to a greater consciousness of the present moment in its entirety! How mindful are you?
